Home Works Inspection Services is a professional home and property inspection firm located in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, serving the Yarmouth, Digby, and Shelburne areas.
Owner and inspector, Dale Mullen, is a Registered Home Inspector (RHI) and a National Certificate Holder. Although experienced in a number of areas related to the building, real estate, and construction trades, performing inspections is our only service. Being specifically trained to do professional home inspections and as a member of the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI), we adhere to the highly regarded standards developed by this nation-wide organization of professional home inspectors.

In brief, if you are buying a home, any home, regardless of of size, age, or previous owner, you need a home inspection by a qualified home inspector.

CAHPI members are recognized as the qualified home inspection professionals by:
the Canadian government (CMHC, HRDC); the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA); the Nova Scotia Association of Realtors (NSAR); top quality realtors; and many other associations.
